1. Connect Your Telegram Account

Head to Integrations in your Coachli dashboard and select Telegram. Click Connect and verify your account using your phone number.

Coachli will guide you through the setup and connect its bot to your account.

2. Link Your Telegram Groups

Add the Coachli bot to the Telegram groups you want to use and make it an administrator. It needs permission to invite members and remove them when necessary.

Coachli automatically detects groups where the bot has administrator access. Once a group is linked, you can select it when setting up your offerings.

3. Choose What Happens After a Purchase

When creating or editing a 1:1 session, session bundle, live event, digital product, service, or subscription tier, you'll find a Redirect After Purchase setting.

You have three options:

None: Customers complete their purchase without being redirected elsewhere.
Telegram: Coachli manages access to your Telegram group.
Custom URL: Send customers to a website or page of your choice.

Select Telegram and choose the group you want customers to access.

For subscriptions, you can configure a different Telegram group for each tier. This means your basic and premium members can have access to separate communities.

4. Customers Receive Their Group Access Automatically

Once a customer's payment or booking is confirmed, Coachli emails them a unique, one-time Telegram invitation link.

They click the link and join the group. You don't need to collect usernames, send invitations manually, or check who has paid.

Each invitation is designed for one customer and can only be used once, helping you keep your community access under control.

5. Let Coachli Handle Welcome Messages and Reminders

Coachli automates important messages to keep your customers informed.

Welcome messages: Customers receive a welcome message when they're added after a purchase or booking.
1:1 session reminders: Customers receive a Telegram reminder 30 minutes before their session.
Session bundle reminders: Customers receive a reminder 30 minutes before their session.
Live event reminders: The Telegram group receives a reminder 30 minutes before the event.

These messages help customers stay informed without requiring you to send every update yourself.

6. Manage Subscription Access Automatically

If you offer paid memberships, Coachli can remove subscribers from their Telegram groups when their access ends.

You don't have to keep checking payment records or manually remove members whose subscriptions have expired.

If you disconnect Telegram from Coachli, existing members remain in their groups. However, the connected groups will no longer be available for new offerings until you reconnect.
