1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older with an active Coachli account.
• Open to participants based in Nigeria, anywhere in Africa, or in the African diaspora (UK, US, Canada, Europe).
• One entry per person.
• Employees of Coachli Technology LTD and their immediate family are not eligible to win.

2. How to enter

• Complete the registration form linked from this page on or before 7 June 2026.
• No purchase necessary. Registration is free.

3. Challenge period

• The challenge runs from 8 June 2026 through 28 June 2026 (21 consecutive days).
• Winners are announced in early July 2026.
• Coachli reserves the right to postpone or modify the schedule with notice to registered participants.

4. Posting requirements

• Post once per day on LinkedIn for 21 consecutive days.
• Each post must include the hashtag #CoachliLinkedInChallenge and tag the Coachli company page on LinkedIn.
• Posts must be original content. No reposts, reshares, or AI-generated content.
• Posts must be professional in nature (related to your work, skills, industry, career, or business).

5. Verification

• Participants must submit a daily link to each post via the tracker form provided on registration.
• Failure to submit links removes you from prize eligibility.
• Coachli will manually verify winning entries before the announcement.

6. Grace days

• Two missed days are permitted across the 21-day challenge if a make-up post is published the next day (post twice that day to bank back).
• Three consecutive missed days without a make-up post removes you from prize eligibility, but you are welcome to continue posting.

7. Judging and selection

• Winners are selected based on consistency (daily posting) and engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves across all challenge posts). Both criteria are weighted equally.
• A panel of judges reviews a shortlist of top performers. The panel's decision is final.

8. Prizes

• 1st place: ₦500,000
• 2nd place: ₦200,000
• 3rd place: ₦100,000
• Prizes are paid via Naira bank transfer or Coachli wallet credit (winner's choice).
• Payment is made within 3 business days of the announcement.
• Any tax liability on the prize is the responsibility of the winner.

9. Content and licence

• Participants retain ownership of their LinkedIn posts.
• By entering, you grant Coachli a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to share, repost, feature, and quote your challenge content across Coachli's owned channels (LinkedIn, website, email, social media) for promotional purposes related to the challenge and future Coachli marketing.
• You may revoke this licence at any time by emailing hello@coachli.co. Coachli will remove the content within 14 days.

10. Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, plagiarism, or content that violates LinkedIn's Community Guidelines is prohibited and grounds for disqualification.
• Bot-driven engagement (paid likes, comment pods, automated tools) is prohibited and grounds for disqualification.
• Coachli may remove participants from the challenge at its sole discretion.

11. Data and privacy

• Information submitted via the entry form is collected and processed in line with Coachli's Privacy Policy.
• Data may be shared with the judging panel for the sole purpose of selecting winners.

12. LinkedIn disclaimer

This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn Corporation. Participants release LinkedIn from all liability related to this challenge.

13. Changes and cancellation

Coachli reserves the right to amend these terms, postpone, or cancel the challenge at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email.

14. Liability

Coachli is not responsible for technical issues, LinkedIn outages, lost posts, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control. Coachli's total liability to any participant is limited to the value of the relevant prize tier.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
